Color Club Revvvolution & China Glaze OMG

Again, here's another manicure with both of my favorites: holographic polish & all over Konad stamping.

One with flash and one without:

Maybe I can get my act together and not procrastinate to the point that I am 5 or 6 manicures behind again, lol.

Hope you enjoy!

China Glaze OMG & Konad Special Black

I really like holographic polishes. I really like Konad. And I really like the all over patterns. Especially over holographic polish, lol. So unique! Here's one of my favorite patterns. I don't know the plate number off the top of my head, but I will add it as soon as I can.

Here's a shot with flash, and one without:

China Glaze Summer Days ~ Raspberry Festival

I had to have this collection after seeing some of the other girl's swatches, but after I got them, I'm not such a fan. These colors are very sheer, and it took 4 coats to get to the point it's at in the picture, but you can still see the nail line.

I used an off-white over my base coat the next time I wore this color and it helped, but it still was not opaque enough for me. The color is gorgeous, though, so I suppose I can live with the visible nail line.

Here's one pic with flash, and one without:

Until later!

Essie Very Cranberry & China Glaze

This polish is a really pretty cranberry, with a Konad flower stamp and some random nail art done with a Sally Henson Nail Art Pen in silver. Only took a few minutes, and looks pretty cute.

Here's my thumb:

Hope you like it!

Nubar Purple Beach

I have to say, I love duochromes! I'm always on the lookout for a new combination of colors. This one isn't a new combo, but it is a replacement for a bottle I completely used up, which I don't do very often :)

Enjoy the pics!

Chanel Kaleidoscope

Hi all! Here are a few photos of my current manicure. I apologize for the not-so-great pics with flash...I definitely need more practice and some sunlight.

The first two pics are three coats of Chanel Kaleidoscope. I wanted this polish for quite a while, but didn't want to pay $30 for it. My boyfriend gave it to me for my birthday =) I've included both pics in the hopes that you can see the subtle change in color. The color of this polish usually appears to be silver, and sometimes is a very subtle gold. It also has occasional flashes of a light green, but that was impossible for me to capture. The third pic is the Konad nail decoration.

Click on the pics for a close-up!

I used China Glaze Delight from the Romantique collection with Konad nail plate #M64 for the nail art. All pics have OPI Nail Envy as the base coat, with Seche Vite as the top coat.

Enjoy & until next time...

My New Manicure Blog!

Hi guys! I recently discovered the wonderful world of nail polish blogs. The Nailphile, Scrangie, and a few others have become daily reads for me, and I find myself looking forward to their new posts. I've also bought way more nail polish in the last few weeks than I had in a very long time.

So, long story short, I have been inspired to post some of my manicures and nail art. I don't plan to swatch colors, as the previously mentioned ladies and the existing community are already wonderful sources of information in this area. I would just like to occasionally share what I'm wearing on my nails.

Hopefully my first photos will be following this post soon. I'll have to experiment some with my camera and lighting, so we'll see how it goes.

Until next time!
